Led by Al Longstreth and Bruce Wyngaard, the WIA Compliance Committee's primary objective is to strengthen and monitor Ohio's Workforce system. The Committee is working to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory governance of workforce development programs, ensure continuous improvement of Ohio's workforce development system and identify the characteristics and specific performance measures that define an effective workforce development system.
