Led by Cindy Hilsheimer and Matthew Harris, the Talent Development Committee's primary objective is to retain and attract top talent to the state of Ohio. The Committee is working to identify and develop coordinated, responsive and proactive talent recruitment and retention models to meet the needs of individuals and employers.
