Led by Bobbi Montgomery, the Emerging Workforce Committee's primary objective is to identify and promote system wide best practices for emerging workers and employers and align these practices within state agencies and local WIBs. This Committee will address the workforce development system including the attainment of education, training, and lifelong learning as it relates to youth entering the workforce or advancing their careers to help them obtain sustainable, livable wages. As these issues are addressed, the Committee will also support the Federal Shared Youth Vision.
